If you are aware that calls are being made to you but you are not receiving them, please make sure that call forwarding is set up properly and enabled in your settings screen. If call forwarding appears to be enabled, we recommend disabling and re-enabling it.
To disable and re-enable call forwarding:
- In the Hiya AI Phone app, go to the Settings screen
- Beside "Call forwarding status," tap the Disable button
- Follow the on-screen instructions to disable call forwarding
- When call forwarding has been disabled, tap the Enable button
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enable call forwarding
If the problem persists, disable call forwarding and contact Hiya AI Phone support for help. In the meantime, you will continue to receive phone calls via your device's native phone app.
