When you have enabled call forwarding during setup, every call made to your phone number will be forwarded to your Hiya assistant to enable features like screening and transcription. Your assistant will screen calls or send them immediately to you, based on your selected settings.
Incoming voicemails will also be handled by Hiya AI Phone, processed, stored, and available in your Activity log and call details screens. Voicemails handled by Hiya AI Phone will not be available in your device's native or carrier voicemail inbox.
