Yes, you will receive every call made to your phone number.
Screened and silenced calls
Although every incoming call will be reflected in your Hiya AI Phone activity log, some calls may not ring on your device.
By default your Hiya AI assistant screens unknown callers, asking for their name and a reason for their call. If the call appears to be from a spam, junk, or fraud caller, the call will be silenced and will be reflected in your activity log, along with a transcript of any conversation that took place between the caller and the assistant. Unknown callers that are not identified as spam, junk, or fraud, will be passed along to you and the incoming call screen will indicate the caller's name and the reason for their call.
Calls received when your device does not have a data signal
Hiya AI Phone uses your phone's data connectivity to send and receive phone calls. As long as you are connected to wi-fi or an active cellular data signal, you will receive incoming calls as usual. If you are experiencing low or intermittent data connectivity, incoming calls won't ring on your device. However, your calls will still be received and handled as appropriate by the Hiya AI assistant. Your activity log will reflect these calls – including voicemails and transcriptions when applicable – when your device's data connectivity is restored.
